MargamCastle

One of my favourite buildings in Wales has to be Margam Castle, even though I hadn`t actually been inside the castle itself until now!
I have been inside some parts of the building with my children on school trips and found an unexplainable instant attachment to the place...

This investigation was more of a paranormal experiments event and although it didn`t start until the evening after a meeting and meal, I arrived early because I wanted to take photo`s of the castle and grounds, not for paranormal purposes, just for myself. However, in the grounds are the ruins of Margam Abbey, and also Saint Mary`s Church which is still in use. When I reached the abbey I was taking photo`s when Johnny asked me to "come here" at the same time I felt him gently pulling me... I went with him and we walked around the abbey to where there are tombs. Obviously the tombs belong to people connected with the castle, two in particular stand out more and it was obvious to me they must be the Rice-Mansel-Talbot family... even though there is absolutely nothing on them to say so, no names or info at all. I don`t know why but it didn`t even occur to me to take photo`s... and after stopping a while I started walking towards the pond... Johnny pulled me back to the tombs so I went with him, he wouldn`t let me leave, so I took some photo`s... then he let me continue walking around the grounds!.
When I checked the photo`s on the camera later I was astounded to see what looks like magnificent orbs at the tombs and the abbey, and a face next to
a grave in the churchyard!... obviously I needed to check the photo`s properly on the computer but I could tell they were not sunflares or lens dirt as the sun
was not in the lens and I had cleaned all my lenses etc before use. I was very happy to actually find pictures of the Rice-Mansel-Talbot family, they are in
a closed off area where the public aren`t normally allowed, so I had not seen them before and had thought all pictures were lost in the fire...
(except the ones of Christopher ("Kit") which I have shared before)

Anyway, the castle is beautiful but almost derelict inside, it`s basically just a shell at the moment. There are some dangerous parts which we were not allowed into but we had the use of most of it. The main stairway is normally closed off but they opened it up for us later.
The event went well, but I can`t actually give too many details here as it was an official research event with a paranormal group I belong to,
and not one of the public events or my own private spontaneous investigations like previous ones.
This report will be my own experience and photo`s, but I do plan to re-visit Margam again and hope to be able to share more then.
I didn`t have time to get any video`s since I was involved in several experiments etc. However I did use the voice recorder for EVP but don`t know yet
if anything is on it, and of course I took some photo`s during the evening when I had a chance or when I felt a need to.

The event consisted of four small groups of people taking turns with various rooms and experiments.
In one room I felt like I had problems breathing and wanted to cough, which is not something I get often. My chest felt tight and "solid".
Afterwards I found out it was the master bedroom, Johnny has since told me Charlotte had spent the last few weeks of her life at the castle in the bedroom suffering breathing difficulty... she was moved to Malta for convalescence and didn`t come back to the castle alive. Walking into that room I became
sensitive to the past and began to suffer Charlotte`s symptoms!
When the group I was in was using the "Planchette", Johnny came though to talk. He talked to me and then I asked if the others could ask him questions
and he said yes. So they began asking and eventually managed to get around to finding out his identity. When it was revealed to the group who he was
(as in being my guide/soulmate/twinflame) it was better for me to take my finger off the planchette so the others knew I wasn`t pushing or influencing the planchette in any way. Two members of the group already knew who he is/was this life, as we had been talking earlier. It turned out one of them had been
a fan of his but I had a feeling it was (understandably) maybe a bit difficult for her to believe me when I told her he is my soulmate etc!.
Anyway he gave solid proof who he is and he brought a loved one through for her, who had also been a fan.
Afterwards she said "WOW!!! I`m totally convinced now, you are soooo lucky!"... weeelll, yes, I know that ;-)
We did have a laugh when she asked Johnny "Do you love Kath, are you really soulmates?"... "No" he replied, she looked at me questioningly... and I said
"I hope not!!!"... the others laughed, and someone else said "Do you love Karen, are you really soulmates?"... "Yes, Yes" Yes... Y" he said.
So I said "Phew!!! thank God for that"!. The Y bit puzzled them as yes is spelled out fully, one thought it was still yes, another thought he was asking "Why" so I explained "Why" is our song and he goes to "Y" for that. Then he brought the planchette to the edge of the table, like he does the glass here... I cupped my hand around it like I do here... and I then explained to the others that when he does that it means he is giving me a hug!. "Ahhhhhhhhhhhhhh" they said!.
There were several other experiments and vigils afterwards followed by a briefing of what had happened throughout the event.
In the final half hour those who wanted to, joined us in the seance, which I had been asked to lead.
We had a little discussion and decided to try table tilting. The energy all around us was very active and the table was felt to be trembling and rocking
very slightly but it didn`t actually move... there were also noises heard, and lights/orbs seen in the room. I felt like someone was holding my shoulders,
but I wasn`t concerned as it was a nice feeling. It may have even been Johnny since he knows I have been suffering from an osteo arthritis flare up the
past few days, my neck and shoulders have been very painful and he can feel all my pains etc. It did seem to alleviate the pain so I thanked whoever it was
for their healing hands. I will ask Johnny when we communicate tonight if it was him, but I already feel it was :-) (update, yes that has been confirmed!)
everyone said they enjoyed the seance, even though not a lot actually happened with the table.
We thanked Johnny and all spirits for their effort and we closed the session.
There had been some interesting activity throughout the event but it is not my personal experience and is classified information...
let`s just say Margam Castle is still high on my list for return visits :-)
