One of my most amazing spiritual messages so far (besides the rainbows), has to be the purple Iris flower.
Last year (2003) in my garden were dozens of Yellow Irises. Not one of any other colour.
My mother had been trying to get yellow Irises for some time, so I dug them all up and sent her half.
Before I replanted the remaining bulbs, I thoroughly dug the garden where they were to go, there was not one bulb left in the soil of any description. I replanted the bulbs I had dug up and waited for them to bloom.
I was late planting them because we had fencing problems which took priority, so they were late blooming,
it wasn`t until the beginning of June 2004 that they began to flower.
They all developed buds apart from one which I thought to be "blind". One by one the beautiful bright
yellow blooms began to open. The blind one simply blending in among their foliage.
One morning I looked out of my kitchen window, and there, among the yellow Irises, was one purple one.
I went outside to look closer and it was actually the blind bulb, which the day before had no signs of
any buds forming. This was amazing in itself, but there is more to this story...

Recently one of my spirit guides has been telling me I should finish writing a book I began over 20 years ago. When I began writing it, someone very special to me died, and as he was the inspiration for one of the main characters of the book, I couldn`t face writing it and gave up. Since I gave up on it, I have had several mediums bring it up, saying that my friend wanted me to finish the book I started writing, but I never got around to it. To cut a long story short, my friend has become one of my guides, he is the one who wants
me to finish it and he is now helping me " put my ideas into practice" to do so...
I believe it`s known as "Divine Intervention"!.
At the same time, I am in the process of having an article about my Guardian Angel Toyta
( pronounced Toe-e-ta) published in a well known weekly magazine,
brought about by the person who is writing the feature, seeing Toyta`s page on my website!...

Where does the Iris come in?...
Well I have been trying to get a magazine called "Spirit & Destiny " for months, but have been unable to find
it anywhere. The same day the purple Iris appeared, I went into my local shop which sells magazines
as well, looking for a completely different magazine- when I actually found a single copy of Spirit & Destiny July 2004 issue, so I bought it. I came home and started to read. I came across a feature about flowers.
There were 12 flowers featured, and several ways to find out which one relates to you best. I decided to
go for the method of seeing which flower appealed to me most from it`s picture. My favourite flower wasn`t featured, but a purple Iris was, and as I had one mysteriously appeared in my garden the same day,
I went with that one... and so the message from spirit was revealed!... having read the article I firmly believe the Iris was a message from spirit . I read all the other flowers afterwards and although I do like the
flowers, not one of the messages they gave applied to me in any form.
