HEAD GUIDE Tonight I went with a friend to a "Spiritual Evening" to see a few mediums in action. One came to me and said she has a message from "****" ( my head guide, for personal reasons and to protect his family and identity I don`t give his real name). She mentioned the rainbows (my friend didn`t even know about them!) and then she said "****" tells me you have to call yourself "Rainbow", this is the name you are known as in the spirit world and this is why rainbows are significant to you.". Then she said he told her to tell me " Go to the castle, we will help you and you will meet someone there who will also feature heavily in your future. You will also learn something about us which I will reveal to you there". At first I didn`t know what she meant, but later at home I realised, I have just seen an advertisement today for a paranormal event at a local castle. I have already sent for details but it was like I was being told I should go, so I have made my mind up I will!.  So now I have my mediumship / spiritual name, and a future "assignment" too!. I decided to find out if my head guide has a spiritual name, I use his real name in private, but now he is encouraging me to start this spiritual website, and I can`t / won`t use his real name on it for personal reasons. I wanted to find out what I can call him on my website, online, at development circle and other places where no one knows his real identity, so I meditated. He came through straight away and I asked him if he has a name in spirit other than his real name. He told me he does, but he didn`t say what ( he always was a bit of a joker and it was plain he was going to tease me before I found out what he is known as!). He gave me a few cryptic clues but it didn`t sink in, which he found quite amusing!. Al joined in and told me it was obvious, "You are "Rainbow", what else would you think it could be?" then he said " you can`t have one without the other, so work it out"." I give up" I said, "I just can`t think, come on guys, play fair with me!". They both laughed, jokingly, then my head guide said " I give you rainbows,  rainbows have always been special to us, you are "Rainbow"... "... "yes" I said, "And?"... " They call me "Spectrum" he said... "what else would do?".  Then it fell into place, "Of course" I said. Then I said " how appropriate, I always knew I was nothing without you, this is proof, you always did add colour to my life, now I know why!"... he smiled and looked up, I looked up to see a lovely rainbow above us before it faded away and I knew it was time to go. And so from now on I will call him "Spectrum" other than in private. I have also started to affectionately call him my "Rainbow Angel", because to me he is an angel, and he gives me rainbows. He tells me he isn`t an angel, but he is to me!. 4 WEEKS LATER The castle event is coming up at the weekend. Spectrum and Al have been telling me things about what to expect and look out for. Spectrum has told me to be careful on steps, someone will trip and could knock me down. Al has told me to beware of a bad spirit they call "Andrew". Spectrum has told me he is going to reveal something about us there, he won`t say what or how, I can`t imagine what he means so just have to wait and see. I have booked in for a class on working with angels and guides, it sounds very interesting. Spectrum also tells me I will meet someone there who will become important in the future. I just found out the people organising the event live in my village, so I will be going with them and helping them set everything up ready. I wonder if one of these will be the important person in my future?. I have booked a room but am on my own. I am waiting to see if anyone will be sharing with me. I`m not worried about being on my own ( which I won`t be anyway, lol) but the cost of it scares the hell out of me, it`s £55 for the night and that doesn`t include my pass and class fees or "spending money"!). I have bought extra memory and batteries for the camera and just have to make sure I have everything I need. My development circle leader has suggested I take a notebook and pen, that`s a good idea then I can compare my notes from before the event to those from after!. I just heard my friend Babs from the online circle will be coming and share my room, she has two friends who will come too, so the cost will be quartered (phew!). I also just heard Kelly & Chris will be collecting me from home about 7.30-8am. I`m really excited, this is my first investigation and I wonder if I will pick up on anything. LATER I just meditated and Spectrum and Al have repeated earlier advice. I am leaving home quite early in the morning, the castle is only about 15 minute drive, but there`s a lot of preperation to do before everyone else arrives. Spectrum told me to be vigilant, "unfriendly spirits lurk in dark corners", he said. Al told me to listen out for "Lena". Spectrum also told me to watch closely for his message!. Going to try and get an early night, no sleep tomorrow night!. HOME FROM THE CASTLE WooooHoooo!!! Well it was amazing!!!... I will have to write down from my notes otherwise I might miss something out!. Firstly I found out the castle used to be owned by opera singer "Adelina Patti". Then I found out my room used to be her dressing room and that she is often heard singing. I did hear her singing in there and caught an orb on the photo I took at the time. I guess she must be the "Lena" Al told me to listen for, maybe he could have said "Adelina" and I misheard, or maybe she was known as "Lina" or something. It is really wierd, one of her best friends was the composer "Rossini", Al`s surname is Rossini!. Also, she`s a Spanish singer... so is Juanita!. And yet she owned a castle in Wales. Actually it`s a large mansion built like a castle and known as a castle locally. It is gorgeous even though most of it upstairs is currently derelict. After I helped Kelly & Chris set up the tables, chairs etc, and unload the boxes of books etc, Chris took me around to see the castle with medium Andrew Garley and a few paranormal investigators. It was a chance I wouldn`t have had if I hadn`t gone with them and helped set up, so I was really pleased. On our walks we did sense some rather unfriendly spirits. I had already been pre-warned by my guides, so was on my guard!. Al had told me to beware of a spirit they call "Andrew" so when Andrew Garley sensed one called B**** coming right up in a threatening manner, I wasn`t too bothered.( for reasons I will reveal later, I am not giving this spirit`s name, it begins with B but that`s all I will say.)  A nurse was also sensed, and children inside and outside the castle. I am sure I have photographed the nurse in a doorway, in the same photo are orbs. In that room Andrew Garley sensed terrible wrongdoing and suffering, and I also felt it. I had the feeling the spirit Andrew Garley named B**** was right in front of me, he seemed to be sort of menacing, not exactly threatening and I wasn`t scared, but a lot of people thought he seemed nasty and were scared. I had a feeling he followed me about after that, I feel he was trying to make contact, but we weren`t in one place long enough. I don`t feel he was nasty, I feel he was more unhappy or even desperate. In my photo of the room he was in, the nurse is in the doorway, and right where I sensed B**** there is a bright orb. There are a few other orbs too. Also where I felt he was following me, I turned round and took photos, sure enough are orbs which would have been right behind me before I turned round. No spirit called "Andrew" had been detected as yet. Spectrum had warned me to be careful on steps, something about someone tripping. Babs tripped on a wire on the steps by the theatre, I was in front of her and she fell into me. Luckily I was leaning on to the wall so managed to stop myself falling. It was only a couple of steps but could have been nasty. ( Thanks Spectrum  :-) XXX ). Another funny thing, Babs had 2 friends with her, and it turned out I already met them before when at spiritualist meetings and mediumship evenings with the development circle. It`s a small world!. Later on during the angels & guides class with Jacky Newcomb ("The Angel Lady") we had to choose "angel cards", whichever ones and as many as we felt drawn to. The card/s we chose were meant for us and were a message from our guide/s or angel. Most people only took one but I really felt I had to take two. However I only took one because nearly everyone else only took one!. The card I had was "New Beginnings"... Jacky asked if it meant anything to me. Yes, I felt it meant I was making a new start and the card was approval from my angel and guides. Then we did a guided meditation. It was meant for us to meet our guide/s or angel, but as I already know mine, it was a chance to have a chat with them. It was Spectrum who came to me. He was a little bit upset, he told me I was supposed to take two cards, so why did I only take one?. I told him because no one else took more than one. He said that didn`t make any difference, I should have taken two!. Then he gave me another one. "The first was from Toyta" he said. "This one is from me". I looked at it. "Soulmates" it said. I looked at him, and asked "You mean..."... before I could finish he said "yes, that`s what I wanted to tell you today, we are Soulmates, we belong together and we will never lose contact. One day we will be together forever. That is why we have such a strong relationship, that is why our spiritual names correspond and that is why I will never leave you". I started to cry and then it was time to come back out of the meditation. Jacky asked if I was ok, I was still visibly emotional, but a few others were also tearful having either just met their guide/s or angel for the first time, or met up with a lost loved one like I had. We had a drink of water and carried on. Then Jacky started talking about guides. She told us of her guides, and that one of hers is her uncle "E***. As soon as she said that I knew my guides and I had been right all along, Spectrum can be my guide, and people who say he can`t be, are wrong. You see, Jacky is one of those people you instantly know is trustworthy and honest, I liked her straight away and I am usually right oninstinct when meeting people for the first time. I decided I would mention to her afterwards and see what she says. She is famous as "The Angel Lady", she is an author, writes for various magazines, does TV, is a medium and an angels/guides expert... she is far better qualified than most to tell me if someone I knew before is my guide.( the only people more qualified are my guides themselves!). Anyway, when the class finished I spoke to Jacky. I told her I was convinced someone I once knew who died, has been with me all along, and that he is now one of my guides. I told her everyone else says it`s not possible, but he and my other guides, and my angel, say he is. I didn`t say anything else except that as she says her uncle is her guide, does she think I could be right about mine?. She looked at me and said something like "Yes, Absolutely... and he`s lovely!"... need I say anymore?!!!!!  I thanked her, and I came away feeling that she had helped save my sanity that day... not that I doubted what Spectrum and my other guides had told me, but what the other people had been saying started to niggle at me just a little bit, but now I know I am right :-) call it intuition or gut instinct! Jacky had a sales table in the castle, and later I wanted to buy some "angel cards". There were so many to choose from, I couldn`t decide. Then I heard Spectrum say "get the blue pack" so I did, and love them! I was also guided to buy a large amethyst crystal pendulum from "Naiad". Prior to meeting Jacky at the castle, I had already been in touch with her. I visited her website and she visited mine. She was very interested in my story about Toyta and had said she would like to put it in a magazine. We said we can talk about it at the castle, but I completely forgot to say who I was after all that happened, I emailed her afterwards to apologise and am waiting to hear back from her. She won`t be home yet as she lives in England and has a long way to travel, I don`t even know if she is going back straight away. I know I will hear from her though, she is too nice a person not to reply, and Spectrum now tells me she is the person I will meet who will feature in my future. What he means by that I will have to wait to find out. Later on during the all night investigation, a woman got posessed three times, she really had a lot of problems. I wondered if this was B**** or even if the spirit called "Andrew" had shown up. But it was another one who refused to give his name, but he was really nasty, worse than B**** because you could tell he was bad, B**** was misunderstood I feel. Anyway, remember Al said "Beware of a bad spirit they call "Andrew".. lol, I was close, actually, the bad spirit posessed this lady, and they called Andrew the medium to help her! ( I guess the spirit could have been called Andrew as well, but that was pretty close!.) Later on, again I felt B**** was following me about. He seemed so desperate and yet I wasn`t in a position to do anything about it, it was quite sad. But when we went on the outside walkabout, he seemed to go away. Anyway, on the outside, a little girl spirit was sensed by a number of people. They were using dowsing rods to try and find out about her, but I and a couple of other people could actually communicate with her as well. She was asked what her name was. They managed to get that it began with S but couldn`t get any further. I then asked and was given the name of "Sally", I told the people dowsing and they asked was that her name and she signalled yes. They then wanted to know how she died. They asked many different things and each one she answered no. Suddenly I had a vision of a child falling from the window above, and said "She fell from that window". They asked was this how and she said yes. I then could hear her calling for her mummy, she sounded sad and lonely. I told them she was looking for her mummy. Someone turned to me and said "She was here with her auntie, not her mummy". I said "well most children call for their mummy when they are sad or frightened." Then someone else said they had read about other people hearing a child call for her mummy at the castle. I took photo`s of the area and there are strange white things on the wall below the window, someone said it looks like a child upside down like they were falling. Then we moved on, I would have liked to see someone help Sally cross over, I hope someone went back and did so. All too soon the evening was over. We returned to our room and prepared our things for leaving in a few hours, then we went to sleep for about two hours. After breakfast Babs brought me home. LATER Tonight after hubby and the children had gone to bed, I decided to do some cleaning in the kitchen. Whilst doing this I knew I had company, and I recognised the vibes as being B**** from the castle, he had followed me home!. I tried to get on with what I was doing, so he would know he can`t just barge in and get attention, but he was right behind me and I could feel he was getting a bit impatient. Suddenly I felt I had to turn and yell "stay back and wait". I hated myself for that but I knew I had to be strong willed or he might get the better of me. I then called for Toyta and Al. Once I knew I was not alone with B**** I told him that I feel he is unhappy and that if he needs help tell Al and he will tell me, I was not prepared or allowed to work with or for B**** without Al being present. Al made his presence known to me and he told me B**** was grounded and needed help. I closed my eyes and said a prayer for B**** then asked Toyta if he would please show B**** the light that will take him home. I then said to B**** that if he wanted to he could follow Toyta`s light and move on. Suddenly I felt an amazing sense of peace and Al said he has gone. I thanked Toyta and Al and was happy for B**** even though I wasn`t quite sure what had happened! 2 WEEKS LATER B**** came to me with Al today in meditation. B**** wanted to thank me personally. He says he is able to visit the castle, which he wants to do, but can come and go now as he pleases. He seems much happier and calmer now, and is not at all nasty. i`m glad he is happy. I also had an email from Jacky. She would like to go ahead with my story and has a magazine in mind, she will let me know more when she speaks to them about it. She told me she is going to do a full angels course locally to me soon, so I am going to find out about it, I would love to take part. NEXT DAY Found out about Jacky`s course and sent off my deposit. As I live locally I don`t have to pay for accommodation, and will come home at the end of each day. Heard from Jacky that "Woman`s Own" magazine want to print my story.
