This requested tutorial is for a very basic text on a tag or graphic. Here`s how I add text to tags... |
Open your tag/graphic in psp (file/open...surf your computer to find the tag/graphic then click open.) You should now have your tag/graphic on your work space. (fig 1) |

Click on the text tool icon ("A" in a box) then click on your graphic to open the
text tool. (fig 3) |
Go layers / new raster layer (fig 2) OK. |

Use the scroll down menus to choose your font and font size, set your styles to solid
fill and choose a colour by clicking on the coloured "fill" rectangle ( I am using just a very plain text effect for this tutorial) Type in your name / message then click OK (fig 4) |

Use the mover tool to position your text on your graphic (fig 5) then right click on the graphic to deselect the text. (fig 6) |

go layers / merge / merge visible... That`s it!!! You can add a border, bevel or frame or just leave it plain... now save it (file / save as... name it, locate a folder or location on your computer to save it, and save as a jpeg or gif file. |
