This tutorial will show you how to make your very own Thanksgiving Wall Hanger ... Before we begin you will need my files. CLICK HERE to download. Unzip the "kkthankshangsel" folder into your selections folder, and the "kkthankshangfiles" into a folder of your choice- ( place the "kkclothtex.bmp into your textures folder "kkgautumn" into your gradients folder.) Ready?... let`s make our hanger... |

I hope you enjoyed this tutorial which is written for PSP V 7 but should adapt for
other versions. |
Open the following files and minimise them for now. "kkclothfill.jpg" "kktfpole.tub" "kktfthanksgiving.tub" and "homesweethome.ttf" Start a new image as in fig 1. |
Deselect ( selections / select none.) Add a new layer (layers / new raster layer / ok) Reopen "kktfthanksgiving" tube, go image / resize and apply as in fig 3. |
Next go edit / copy, close the tube then go edit / paste as new layer. Move the tube to the top and centralise it as in fig 4. |
Reopen "kktfpole" and go edit / copy. Close pole and go edit / paste as new layer. Move the pole to the top of your canvas. Now go layers / new raster layer / ok. Next go selections / load from disk, browse for "kkthankshangsel" folder, double click it then click on "kkcloth.sel" then "open". Keep selected. Now reopen "kkcloth.jpg" and go edit / copy. Close the jpg then go edit / paste into selection. Keep selected and go colors / colorise, and apply as in fig 2. |
Now go effects / texture effects / texture. Browse for "kkclothtex" and apply as in fig 5. |





Add a new layer, set your background to gradient and load "kkgautumn" as in fig 6. |

Open your text tool and set as in fig 7. |

Type in your thanksgiving message and click ok. Deselect then move your text to the bottom and centralise it as in fig 8. |

Now go layers / merge / merge visible, resize if required then go effects / sharpen / sharpen. Then go edit / copy / edit / paste as new image, close the original and save the new image... That`s it!... your own Thanksgiving Wall Hanger. |
